The Orchard View and Ludington baseball teams split a Lakes 8 Conference doubleheader on Friday.
Orchard View won the opener 12-4, while Ludington responded with a 11-6 victory in Game 2.
In Game 1, AJ Anderson paced the Cardinal offense with four hits and three RBIs while Chase Keller also had four hits. Matt Gardner added two RBIs for Orchard View.
Luis Suarez picked up the win on the mound for the Cardinals, pitching a complete game while scattering eight hits and striking out 10.
Keller led the offense for Orchard View in Game 2, going 3-for-3, while Brett Shawl had two hits and three runs batted in.
With the split, Orchard View is now 4-6 overall and 1-1 in conference play.
