Boys Varsity Bowling vs. Multiple Opponents

The Orchard View Cardinals boys bowling team earned its third consecutive conference championship, besting runner-up, Ravenna by 128 pins in the conference tourney today at Northway Lanes. The Cardinals also finished first during the regular season with a 7-1 record with the only loss coming to Ravenna.

Brandon Lindsley, took individual conference honors, finishing the conference season with a 209 average. Joining Lindsley with first team all conference honors were teammates, Brady Bowen & Justin Wolfiss, along with Ravenna bowlers, Ethan May, Tim Linck and Derek Place and Oakridge's Josh Felkoski and Brandon Jones. Don Johnson also made the second team All Conference Squad.

In the girls division, Oakridge took top honors beating out runner-up Ravenna. Top Individual honors went to Alyssa Major of Oakridge. Joining Major on the All Conference team was Zoe Cerchiori and Megan Foster also of Oakridge, Kendalynn Pollack of Orchard View and Ravenna's Morgan Lockhart, Amaya Guzman and Brienna McFarren. Making second team for the Cards was Caitlin Johnson.

Both Cardinal squads will be back in action this Friday at Park Center Lanes in Wyoming for the MHSAA Regionals.
