Varsity Track Opens Outdoor Season with Tri @ Reeths-Puffer

Reeths-Puffer High School
The Cardinals Boys Track Team got the season started with a Tri Meet at Reeths-Puffer with Whitehall also participating. Capturing 1st places for the Cardinals were:
Mike Middlestadt with an 11-00 jump in the pole vault,
Cameron Williams in the long jump with a distance of 21'01"
Michael Hyatt with a time of 2:08.08 in the 800 meter run
Caleb Sidock with a :53.40 in the 400 meter run.
Williams and Hyatt also placed second in the High Jump and 1600 meter run respectively
In the girls events, Shaquelle Carr took first in the Discus with a throw of 88'03". Janaya Ferrell place second in the event. in the shot put Carr placed second followed by Ferrell in third.
